We pray each time the Torah scroll(s) are returned to the Ark that the Torah is a Tree of Life to all who hold fast to our traditions. The tree of life is about wisdom and love, values and history, the past, present and future as a unity.  Embedded in the tree of life is the letter aleph, which represents ahava, the Hebrew word for love. Our world and each Tree of Life is nourished by love. The Torah is love and heartfelt blessings. Look for the musical notes hidden in the crown of the Tree of Life!
